2. Team Overview and EOS (10 minutes)

Introduction to the team structure and key, cross departmental relationships.
Discuss EOS and how their team and their role aligns with the Quarterly Rocks.

3. 30-60-90 Day Ramp Up Plan (15 minutes)

Detailed discussion of the new hire’s role, key responsibilities, and initial projects.
Leader presents the 30-60-90 Day Ramp Up Plan.

6. Q&A and Open Discussion (10 minutes)

Open floor for the new hire to ask any questions.
Discuss any immediate concerns or topics of interest.

7. Wrap-Up and Next Steps (5 minutes)

Summary of key points discussed.
Outline of immediate next steps and follow-up actions.
Schedule the next check-in meeting and your regular 1:1s.
